If the program/app claims to improve student learning outcomes, then research provides evidence that the AI investment is backed by peer-reviewed studies, pilot data, or case studies showing measurable effects on student outcomes.

What safeguards are in place to prevent the spreading of misinformation or inappropriate content?

The tool needs to have something in place to reduce the risks to make sure students and teachers get accurate, educationally sound responses.

How does the company communicate AI model updates? When and how often to they occur?

Make sure updates don't disrupt learning and that educators are informed about major changes.

What happens if we discontinue service?

Clarifies whether data is deleted, transferrable, or locked-in if the school/district decides to terminate their contract with the program/app.

How does the AI support differentiated instruction and accessibility for all learners?

Determines if the tool accommodates diverse learning needs, including students with disabilities (ADA compliance, UDL alignment).

What is the long-term sustainability and financial commitment of this AI program/app?

Prevents investing in a tool that may become obsolete, unaffordable, or unsupported in the near future.
