Why Choose Eduscape?
Eduscape is a social innovation company dedicated to developing and implementing effective solutions to challenging and systemic issues that elevate the educational experience for all learners.
Our team is comprised of experienced and passionate educators who have implemented blended, interactive, and personalized learning environments in their classrooms.
We have facilitated workshops for hundreds of thousands of learners empowering them to transform classrooms into engaging, learner-centered environments.
We have a collective belief that simply learning the tools is not enough to transform learning with technology.
School leaders must invest in developing a culture and shifting mindsets towards nurturing classrooms where the teacher becomes an active participant in the learning process and feels comfortable in a new paradigm of instructional design.
Our Mission: To advance student outcomes by empowering and inspiring educators to rethink learning.
Eduscape's vision is to reach every learner by designing solutions that inspire inquiry, creativity and innovation.

Samantha Fletcher, Ed.M.
Director of Inclusivity and Innovation
With nearly 20 years of experience in journalism, research, education, and DEI -- including much of that time in educator and parent roles -- Samantha is in many ways uniquely qualified to facilitate the equity and antiracism professional development workshops that she discovered are her passion. Between workshops, webinars, consulting, and keynote speaking, she has impacted thousands in transformational ways, and has become known for bringing a friendly, engaging approach to what some consider difficult conversations.
Her recent Harvard Graduate School of Education M.Ed. in Technology, Innovation, and Education sparked her idea to design workshops in the iterative manner with which she designed innovations -- causing her to incorporate current user-friendly technology, platforms, and digital tools for a multimodal interactive experience that engages all participants. This ability to differentiate for a range of learners and thinkers and to use an unusual, forward-thinking, storytelling approach gives her an innovative edge in shifting mindsets and puts her at the forefront of DEI PD.
Samantha was an Equity and Inclusion Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and only one of eight students selected as a Saul Zaentz Fellow for excellence in early education. She was also selected as the Keynote Speaker for the 2021 Harvard Black graduation ceremony.
