Richard Freedman has been an educational leader in New Jersey for over thirty years as a teacher, supervisor, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent of schools. In the capacity he has focused on team building and the unique opportunities and responsibilities that come with the privilege of being a leader. His work focuses on the individual capacities needed to nourish in order to maintain focus and gain expertise in the increasingly complicated arena of public leadership from the classroom to the superintendent's office.
