Dr. Molly Dinning is an educational leader with extensive experience in K–12 education in New Jersey. She earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the College of Saint Elizabeth and has dedicated her career to supporting student growth and effective school leadership. Dr. Dinning’s work focuses on fostering collaborative school cultures, strengthening educator preparation, and advancing practices that improve outcomes for all students.

Throughout her 30 year career, Dr. Dinning has focused on improving processes and supports for all students. Dr. Dinning also works within the Ramapo College of New Jersey’s teacher preparation program and Master's of Special Education program. She believes in student growth and helping to prepare educators for the future.
