Lauren Lehr, LSW, is a behavioral health professional and program leader specializing in adolescent substance use treatment, program development, and early intervention. Lauren currently oversees multiple levels of care for youth, including Early Intervention (EIP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs, as well as school-based substance use screening initiatives designed to identify and support adolescents at risk.

Lauren began her career working in withdrawal management, where she provided direct support to individuals in the earliest and most critical stages of recovery. This frontline experience shaped her clinical perspective and deepened her understanding of the complexities of addiction, crisis-stabilization, and the long-term recovery process. Since then, she has progressed into leadership roles focused on developing structured, effective treatment environments for adolescents navigating substance use and co-occurring behavioral health challenges.

Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a master's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Social (MSW). Her multidisciplinary academic background informs her approach to treatment integrating psychological, clinical and systems-based perspectives when working with youth, families, schools, and community partners. Lauren's background in forensic psychology contributes to her understanding of the intersection between behavioral health, risk behavior, and systems such as schools and juvenile justice.

In her leadership role, Lauren manages multidisciplinary clinical teams, strengthens program infrastructure, and ensures services align with regulatory and evidence-informed standards. She has played a key role in enhancing the structure and clinical effectiveness of adolescent treatment programming while expanding collaboration between healthcare providers, educational systems, and community stakeholders to improve early identification and intervention for youth substance use.

A Licensed Social (LSW) in New Jersey, Lauren is currently pursuing her Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) credential. She is deeply committed to advancing adolescent behavioral health services, strengthening systems of care, and advocating early intervention strategies that support lasting recovery and resilience for adolescents and their families.
