Erin Tashian is an experienced educator, professional developer, and emotional wellness expert with over three decades in education. She has worked as a coach and consultant in numerous school districts across New Jersey, supporting teachers, administrators, and entire school communities through professional development that blends social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and practical strategies for thriving in today’s classrooms.


As the founder of her own Educator Wellness Institute, Erin has created and led transformative programs designed to help educators sustain their passion, manage stress, and build emotionally intelligent school cultures. She has presented at multiple state and national conferences, sharing her expertise on teacher wellness, behavior management, and integrating emotional intelligence into educational practice.


A certified coach, mindfulness instructor, meditation teacher, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (200-RYT), Erin’s work is rooted in reflective self-awareness and practical application.
