Dr. Donna Volpe is the Director of Special Services in the Ramsey School District in New Jersey and an adjunct professor in graduate special education programs. Her work focuses on culturally responsive school leadership, executive functioning, inclusive technology systems, and university–district partnerships that prepare future educational leaders. Dr. Volpe’s scholarship explores how inquiry-based approaches can support the development of critically conscious school leaders and improve outcomes for diverse learners. She regularly presents at national conferences and collaborates with researchers and practitioners to bridge theory and practice in educational leadership and special education.
