Ashley N. Bardi, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, serves as Senior Director of Addiction Treatment Services at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, bringing more than a decade of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment.
Having begun her career at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center as an intern, Ashley developed a comprehensive understanding of the full continuum of care—an experience that continues to inform her strategic leadership today. She has been instrumental in advancing programmatic innovation, expanding access to services, and strengthening the impact of addiction treatment across the organization and the communities it serves.
In parallel with her executive role, Ashley maintains a private practice, ensuring continued clinical engagement and a direct connection to patient and family needs. She is deeply committed to cultivating talent within her team, supporting professional development and credentialing, and mentoring emerging professionals through structured internship experiences.
In 2025, Ashley and her interdisciplinary colleagues received Honorable Mention for the Gage Award from America’s Essential Hospitals, recognizing their collaborative leadership and contributions to the “No Wrong Door” initiative within The Center for Comprehensive Addiction Treatment.
Ashley is also a dedicated mother of four daughters, whose example reflects her commitment to excellence, purpose, and continuous growth.
